Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons (e.g., major holidays or sale events), dispatch may take longer.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and order details.
We offer free shipping on orders over US$100 (or the equivalent amount in your local checkout currency), calculated after discounts and before tax. Eligibility will be shown at checkout.
