Not your vibe? No problem. You have 14 days to request a return from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging (with any included accessories)

Return Shipping (Change of Mind Returns)
For returns due to preference/change of mind, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (including any original shipping fee paid at checkout, if applicable).
Quality Issues / Wrong Item (We Cover Shipping)
If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
In these cases, we will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange as appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for us to process your refund after we receive the return, and additional time for your bank/payment provider to post it.
Non-Refundable Items
- Final sale items are not refundable.
- Gift cards are not refundable.
